verdun-wanted to say that aristata made me give up on gaillardias for years. it seems like it should be such a good plant but it never quite goes with anything and it looks so shabby so fast. i think the new hybrids are immensely superior. all of mine-the arizona series- made it through the winter.

I have a lily which is very tropical looking beside a dark Phormium. Think it's called Blackout. Last year I had a pot of dark nasturtiums in the same shade and they looked good all together. Canna with them too.
All in pots so easy to move around and group accordingly.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
