Stokes, you mean the healthy  jeans don't you ?  you pay more because your getting more fresh air circulating around your legs .image and other areasimage

Not all healthy options come cheaperimage

Left handed tape measure? I knew someone who once measured up for a conservatory with a Chinese tape measure ! Couldn't weigh up why  he had problems- and that one is true !image

  • Thanks granma.   But when I think of all the 'healthy' jeans I've thrown away!

  • I've got a clock that goes backwards, when the children were little I had to take it down as they struggled to tell the time on a normal clock. Oops ! It's 20 years old now & still going, got it from Germany

Don't think we had one Yvie - but I do remember other people having them. Wonder what horrors lurked on them for years. Bleughh image

  • Fairygirl- I remember similar stand up ones that you had on the counters, they'd make a massive noise and rattle about if the can wasn't on properly (similarly impossible to clean) My aunt had a wall one too... uuuuurgh!

Soup makers- you mean someone out there actually though "Hmm, I want to make soup that's fresh... but I need something else other than a saucepan! OH WOE IS ME!"

Seriously, I make soup several times a week in slow cookers or just a saucepan and a hand blender I bought for 5 quid. WHY WOULD YOU NEED A SOUP MAKER?

I've just googled soup maker - didn't know there was such a thing.  They're very expensive!

You can also get omelette makers, rice makers, pasta makers, pie makers, boiled egg makers, poached egg makers, the list goes on and if you're lucky there will be enough room on the worktop to put a plate down.
