Poorly Rubber Plant

Hello, can anyone help me with my poorly rubber plant? It's been watered but not overwatered, I can't see any sign of bugs or anything but in the last few weeis it has gone like this! It is still growing as there are new shoots. Any ideas anyone?? Thanks.

did you check for vine weevil or other nasty's in the old compost ?
