Port de Soller is lovely.  My children used to love the little railaway that ran along the front .  You could stop it anywhere to get on.  Harvesting is so satisfying when you have a good crop. GWRS!  Pics taken this morning.

At last we have had a decent amount of rain in Bristol so should have collected some in my waterbutts.  Weeds should pull out easy tomorrow or when i can get the energy to start.  All the excitement yesterday has left me drained so am taking it easy.   My youngest daughter took some great pictures of the family and spread them round on her fb page!

Yes we've just had two hours of poring rain, the plants look revived, we ended up getting two diamond shaped hanging baskets so I better keep them well watered : ). You put your feet up now Marion and save your energy for tomorrow, hey the sun is coming out now : )

Oh the BBC knows how to relax me and get my energy back!  The summer concert from Vienna on BBC4 tonight could have been written for me.  "Peer Gynt" which I saved my pocket money for months to go and see in Glasgow with Laurence Olivier and Ralph Richardson in and Sibelius "Finlandia" and the Viennese waltz to dance all round my huge lounge at the end to!  What more could one ask?  I will tackle the garden with great enthusiasm tomorrow - in my raincoat if needs be.
