Been really enjoying reading through everyone's favourites Dandelions, daisies and buttercups, just realised I hardly see them today, lawns mowed right down to the ground I guess. I can picture them now from childhood growing in the lawns and huge bumble bees all around them.
That brought back some memories Susan, my eldest sisters use to sit making them for hours, back when it was always sunny in the summer . Sadly we don't keep in touch these days but that was a happy memory. Reminded me they also taught me how to make mud pies

Thanks Fishy, feverfew also grows like a weed here, good gap filler and easy to pull out if not wanted
I love native primulas and harebells. The primulas have flowered all year on and off and are in full flower just now.

So many lovely ideas. I love the billowing clouds of Cow Parsley and Meadow Sweet as you drive down the road in early Summer.
