    Hi 1Runnybeak1 took on board about the sunflowers and have a new spot for them next year and they will look the part Glad you liked the Lillies didn't think they were gonna happen but putting them in the new greenhouse has done the trick there should be another 2 pink ones opening shortly,

    And as for the veg part of the garden i'm uploading as i speak/type he he

    Here is our sweetcorn just hoping it will ripen plenty of corn in them just white at the moment

    Hello Everyone We are back from a well deserved holiday in corfu ,fantastic place give it a go.

    Well went to the garden and in the 2 weeks of been away Autumn sneaked in while we were away all the flowers are dying off the pumpkin leaves have curled and died only got 3 average sized ones .Sweetpea flowers have gone to seed and i have picked a few pods ready for next year.

    Lillies have all flowered and look brilliant i'll post photos in my lillie thread in the next couple of days.

    The sweetcorn is very close to been ready

    Parsnips are ready

    Turnips are ready

    Brussel Sprouts are coming along great.

    Tomatoes are still turning red and i'm getting a good crop even though it seems to of taken an age to get them to ripen.

    So this weekend i'm gonna start tyding the garden getting ready for the winter might have a bonfire we'll see.

    Hello Everyone

    If you are a gardener and like sweetcorn it should be law that you grow sweetcorn he he

    Yes our sweetcorn is ready and its the tastiest veg we have grown by a mile absolutley amazing.

    I'm even gonna start a new thread for sweetcorn next spring thats how much we liked it he he.

    I'll post photo's at the weekend when we pick some more.

    Sweetcorn is good - going to try a better crop next year so far had one off the allotment plot  most of my seeds did not grow and the ones I brought got overtaken by the courgettes then moved so very small to nothing on them

    Have done well with sweetcorn before won 3rd in a garden and allotment show before for any other veg for a minipop variety
