Just remembered a perennial I mentioned on another thread - the white Sedum (iceplant) 'Iceberg' ,and I think there's another white now too. Not as easy to get as the pink varieties but they make a very subtle display for this time of year
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Artjak, I was just about to say astrantia too, but add that if you cut it back hard after first flowering it will give a late second display. Which brings me to the chelsea chop, to extend flowering later. Do this to some of your plants, sedums, phlox etc and they will delay flowering. You can cut back just some of the stems for the same effect.
Also if you prune your roses after the first flush they will come back hard with a second flush almost as good and lovely clean foliage. Something I have just discovered by happy accident.
I have white cleome (Helen Campbell) still going strong and tons of white annual lavatera; the nemesia is still going as are the white acanthus (Rue Leden). I've picked up some great ideas for extras to add from the posts above - thanks!
..I love white Phlox's and white Cleome's.... it's good to ring the changes with some of these.... for a shrublet, Cistus 'Thrive' still going strong for me... has been since June..and I cannot get enough of this plant...
Carex Evergold is a key player in my pink and white garden - I think it looks more silvery than gold. Will grow in shade or sun, is well-behaved and brings some much needed life to the winter border. Looking fab now. I have a white aster about to come into flower, but sorry don't know its name.

White campion for a wild flower that you can fit in the gaps. Long flowering season and scan flower twice in a year.
My white Astrantia is still flowering

Hesperis matronalis alba - the white form of Sweet Rocket, is still blooming in my garden - it's been flowering since the spring.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
My white osteopermums are still flowering well.
