I agree with Obelix the Tango is not an angry dance, a Female versus Male courting dance more like it, if you are strong enough you get me?? Dancing in Sorento the band played a lot of tango music including slow tango, an elderly Italian couple danced the slow tango and we all stopped to watch, it was the sexiest dance I had ever seen, not blatant, a sort of residual climbing to a climax they got applauded. I danced with the lady, a quick tango her body was unbelievably subtle she told me she had danced all her life and it showed.

Definitely with you all wondering why they are bringing back all the singing pensioners I loved Shirley in her hey day but on Strictly she did not do herself any favours. Frankie was the top dancer for me this week.

Liked Shirley Bassey and Barry Manalow in there hay day but there are both past it !

I still like the show good mix of Ballroom and Athleticsimage

who remembers Terry Wogan when he hosted Come Dancing ? I think that was just Ballroom ?image

  • Another great show tonight, with Caroline and Frankie so far ahead...they were almost out of sight. Of these two (for me) it was definitely Caroline's night.

I feel this week's dance-off will be from Sunetra, Jake & Mark.

  • Felt sorry for Jake, mixing Greek with Argentine Tango didn't really work for me. Craig was right.

  • Loved Carolines dance, also Frankie and Simon. Thought Sunetras was a bit boring.

Felt sorry for Jake, do agree bit of a weird mix, but its his partner who chooses the routines image

I thought it was a good show , intresting to see who is in the dance tommrow ?image

  • I thought so too, really enjoyed it. Felt sorry for Jake, maybe if he is in the dance off it might go better. Caroline is my favourite.

    Really good show.

Hope Sunetra and Jake are in the dance off would like to see if either can improve their dance. Do wish Mark would stop looking for the camera.

Not the best dance but the one I enjoyed the most was Simon.

What a night, Caroline "Wow" spectacular, Simon definitely but then I am a waltz man far more difficult than it looks. All very good although Jake and Sunetra are at the end of their lines Jake hit the buffers last night a very weird mix neither one or the other. Did do some Greek dancing the first time at a Greek wedding in Cyprus many years ago, it was all a bit like the Palais Glide where each man stepped out and did a macho solo and not a single plate got broken so have no idea where that came from, probably a touristy thingee.
