Winter greenhouse salad / veg

Hi, I'm planning to grow lettuce winter gem in my new greenhouse this winter. Are there any other salads or veg that I can grow from seed in the greenhouse over winter? Plus perhaps you can suggest other lettuce varieties. thanks

Khol rabi might work too, i spose alot depends on how rubbish the winter is
