Winter greenhouse salad / veg

Hi, I'm planning to grow lettuce winter gem in my new greenhouse this winter.  Are there any other salads or veg that I can grow from seed in the greenhouse over winter? Plus perhaps you can suggest other lettuce varieties.

thanks

Lambs lettuce (aka Mache, Corn Salad) - our most favourite salad leaf in the world -

Spring onions, raddish, not really winter veg, but you could bring a couple of strawb plants in, to get an earlier crop. What do you like to eat noodle? image

So you can get a spring onion and radish crop in a greenhouse in the winter? Brill! We're big salad fans so that's ideal.

Pansy, my son is being a nightmare. Trip in pushchair to newsagent will shut him up and sort me out. Thanks for the idea!

I'd challenge her assertion that most oriental greens won't be bothered by slugs - my Pak choi has been decimated - despite a gritty soil and the provision of delicious slug pubs image

Thank you Dove; I'm not very fond of most of those mentioned, but Winter Density sounds good.image

Carrots? In greenhouse? Really? That sounds fun! Any particular variety? I assume babies? Should I sow in pots outside now and then move in in autumn? Or what?

Does carrot fly exist in winter?
