Victoria - I'm absolutely delighted with the JE It was a wonderful gesture and I'm very grateful. In fact it feels like you read my mind,I was looking for a native rush or something grassy. I have the carex pendula on the other side of the garden but its very invasive, this JE is just the ticket.
I just wish I had something to send in return. Well in a year or two I might have some chunks of water lily you could have
Just looked that salvia up, i have a similar one, its hardy, has blue flowers and grows to a similar height, i can send you a few seeds if you want to try?
I will have "normal" green leaved, purple flowered agastache soon too if thats any good, its just been taking ages to ripen
