I used to play with horses many years ago. I brought lice home several time to the dismay of my mother
Oh yes the smell, lovely. Same mother didn't like that either
I used to work at a yard and a friend of mine caught ringworm off some new horses that came in.
It was on her face as well But she told everyone she fell asleep in front of the fire and burnt it which I reckon was good thinking
I've remembered it ever since should anything similar happen to me
