Maybe another day when you have loads of them slice them thinly lengthways and dip in batter ( nice and light if you add some lager to it) and shallow fry in olive oil. They go well with a nice Greek salad when toms & cumbers are ready and a lump of crusty bread....get in practice for your jollies
Yum, we had courgettes with haloumi lighly fried in oil and lemon juice for tea the other night, I didn't t grow the courgettes but I have some in a pot ready, hope I do as well as you o.l !

I have instruction to make courgettes in garlic and tomato sauce, a bit like ratatouille I suppose but with no aubergines
