Awww shame it looked so healthy a month ago, mines are planted in aquatic compost in pots topped with gravel, they are doing well, just found two of my pots knocked over by a cat or something, the water is all murky now, the filter will have to work overtime to clear that mess up...
Are the plants alright? They didn't end up at the bottom?
The starlings like to paddle in the pond, which I think is why the fmn's are now lying on their sides. I also had an outbreak of rust, on a cinquefoil, nearby burnet and marsh marigold and it has spotted the fmn's too.
I also like to stir the blanketweed with a stick which probably doesn't help their root development...
Yip a couple of pots at the bottom, and some on their side on the shelve, i don't have any more aquatic compost at hand to re-pot, so hopefully the soil still in them plus more gravel will suffice for now till i get some compost tomorrow, water to dirty to see if it got any of the fish, we know it was something like a cat as the pond is enclosed and the gate was closed so it wasn't a dog, suppose a fox could get in, a neighbour about three gardens up has foxes in her garden, she wants the council to get rid of them grrrr Was waiting on some Acorus to be delivered today, missed it don't know how iv'e been in all day waiting on it, so all in all not a very good day, though it's not everyday you discover you have an Orchid growing wild in your garden so cant complain...
