    hi again kribon...

...as already stated by Dove, nothing to worry about with your rose....here is a photo of one of mine..a pure white called 'Diamond'... as you can see it has quite a bit of red in bud, which almost disappears when the flowers open...

...my little china rose from cutting - 'Bengal Crimson' that I showed you earlier, has recovered well and now has lots of buds... I hope to take a photo when it's out...

    here's Diamond...

Thanks Salino! A sigh of relief! Glad to hear your Bengal Crimson has recovered! That Diamond is really beautiful and lush image

Do some rose bushes flower twice in a year??

..some flower once..especially the older types...usually mid May to end of June... others are remontant, in that they will repeat again in August /September... and others still..and these are the ones I generally go  for these days...flowers more or less continually through to October....from May/June onwards...  Diamond above for instance, will not be without blooms now till the frosts....   the trade off with some of these is that they may not have the scent.... sometimes you just cannot have everything... even Austin roses..noted for the scent combined with flower power... don't always repeat as well as you would like them too...

Hi ya...flower opened and it's not yellow although it seems to have some yellow towards the bottom by the sepals. Could it be that first flowers are different? If not then it may be I mixed up my labelling! Oh well

It still smells beautifully though! I've gone back to the original climbing rose and took fresh cuttings and I'll try rooting them in water as I did this one! thanks for the help!

..should be the same colour as the original plant I would have thought...perhaps you did get them muddled up...lol...I'm sure it will be very nice whatever...

I put my rose 'Bengal Crimson' back in the ground as it had recovered and there are lots of flowrers buds... so all is well there...  perhaps you could post a photo sometime of this rose of yours...?

Well, I'm absolutely certain that is not a cutting from a white rose - did you take any other rose cuttings? image
