Alliums

My Allium has no flowers so far this year, is it a waiting game at the moment? or should they be flowering by now. x Jackie x

Have they put up a spike in the middle? Mine only produced a flower spike last week and have yet to flower. I guess  some maybe late bloomers!

This is the only 'drumstick' that has appeared in my garden so far this year - I normally have 20-30 spikes per annum, so perhaps it's still rather early?

Lots of purple pom poms here. Purple sensation have finished, globemaster in full bloom, and christophii just starting.

Are they in a very shady position? perhaps not enough sun to build up the bulb last year?

Mine do not flower until later summer, so maybe the same variety as yours.
