Well I am back with another photo of my mystery rose, it seems to have opened a bit more and I was thinking maybe it could be 'Joie De Vivre'? After having a look online it seemed to have the same colouring when the petals first started opening.

Unfortunately the weather is pretty dreary today so I'm not expecting it to open much more today.

incidentally, do you know if your roses were sent to you mail order from the British Roses web site? - part of Rumwood nurseries -...just wondered...
No they weren't Salino they were just a budle of bareroot Roses I got off somebody.Fingers crossed we have indeed got it sussed, thanks for your help
