The bright pink Cistus and lilac Chives are a mistake in this bed that is mostly yellows and the orange side of red. I'll also be replacing the Crocosmia for lady ferns as well as extending some of the planting to make bigger drifts. image

  • @Wintersong, looking beautiful. Very lush.

Wintersong, I am a bit envious. It's lovely. I am waiting for enough sun to open my peonies.

Plant on the left looks like one of the perennial wallflowers to me.

Wintersong and Dean, lovely pictures, I'm so jealous!

I've got a week off work now, so hope to do a bit more in the garden if the weather is nice, or decorating in the house if it isn't image

    Happy gardening everyone!

Lovely day today here in the SW. Spent a few hours in the garden, looked so much better afterwards! Unfortunately ( for me) the garden happened to be my sister's. Hope to be able to spend some time in mine tomorrow, weather looks promising...
  • Cheers Fig! I'll check that out!

Gorgeous day here-finally. My visitors have gone to the beach after helping me hang the garden door/gate, leaving me to putter in the garden. Perfect!
