Do you have a problem with neighbourhood moggies as well then?

I like decorating - apart from ceilings now that my neck is fairly crook - but I don't seem to get round to it very quickly.

A couple of photos will no doubt appear after some dry weather. I like getting down to soil level and close in - then no-one can see the sad state of the rest of the garden ;- )

Leftovers are what there is when your OH is in the catering trade and makes industrial quantities of casserole forgetting he's not at work.

12 local moggies and two barking terriers of our own. Ive just had a play with my new toy chasing the dogs round the garden it was great fun till our old dog came in and was sick all over the carpet.. serves me right

I love leftovers soo handy after a busy day

The red arrows flew over my garden once.  Goodness knows where they were going.

Currently stuck in the conservatory listening to drizzle on the roof and wishing I could be in the garden. image

Paining all day, dogs wet, chickens wet, I'm wet :- (

The Red Arrows park near here when they're in the area and my best ever story is the one when I was teaching a Sex Education lesson (an interesting one about who does what to whom and what with etc!) and the Arrows were performing in Bournemouth so kept doing low passes over the school field. The poor children couldn't decide which way to turn their attention ;- )

Perhaps the Red Arrows are providing a dual role and will take up Kate's suggestion of ,whilst they are up there. displacing the jet stream northwards-perhaps on a tow rope.

If they can make passes at a sex education teacher than surely this is a doddle,

More pain for the next 48 hours

    Good morning all,

Back again after having been ill. Finally the weather is picking up and for the last week or so we've been having loads of sunshine and good temperatures. My strawberries are doing quite well and the first small "crop" was yummie! image

So I'm very busy at the moment doing four things at one time ( trying to that is...). The laundry needs washing - second load is in the machine, I will be cleaning the downstairs today, need to pay a lot of bills and the garden is calling me too...mmm, what shall I do first?

I saw that you all have been having the most terrible Summer in ages. Am feeling very sorry for you guys. image Hopefully the weather we're having will come to you soon.

BTW, work has come to an end already due to me being ill so back to square 1 for me.image
