Well we are over- whelmed-there is SCD and XF-so the papers can drone on about ratings,Dr Who ,JRoss and a comedy quiz on 4,Million Pound Drop ,The Thick Of It on 2( that I have never watched-lots of effing apparently)
With a bit of plus1 and recording all choices covered
I have hubbie checking Wednesday lottery in the hope of a large win. Pam, that house is superb, glad you enjoyed your hols.
Checked cobaea , Kate , it's not a bud - its a honeysuckle flower bud so I don't hold out much hope now.
There seems to be a lot of footie chat on here - you can tell Geoffs back !
Checking baskets at back and some of the pansies have totally collapsed - they were only planted a fortnight ago. Any ideas ? Never had that happen before. The good news is the 3 free clematis are really growing fast I'll take some pics.
Will be loving the Strictly. Can't understand why Strictly has to go on quite so early. It's all over by 7.30. This week is presumbably just the blind date bit, girlie pros praying that they haven't been landed with Johnny Ball or Sid James. Might be some new pro dancer talent that we haven't seen before.
A documentary about Bill & Hillary Clinton later, which seems to have good reviews.
Jean it has not been a good year for anything grown from seed. One of mine is so tiny I have brought it inside to try and over winter it. I would like some free clematis so let me know if you see any more offers.
The thing with SCD is all that pairing that would appear to be spontaneous is obviously pre-arranged yet we are supposed to believe it is all a big surprise to both parties which is dubious-bit like when the categories are handed out on XF
Downton -posh soap -Dragons Den and another comedy quiz on 4 tomorrow-we are being spoilt
Actually I love the moment when some girlie pro dancer is introduced to Johnny Ball/Sid James, and rushes over to him, and exclaims with delight 'Just the person I wanted'.
