Well, I could name at least 10 members (but wouldn't dare) of this forum who are sufficiently experienced, have the knowledge and would be capable of presenting GW.......and they offer it here daily for free.
Sorry some of you expected me to respond immediately, not glued to my computer, far too busy in my very large garden, made even better by Monty's advice!
I agree David.....with the first comment that is (I realised what I said just in time!) And we have many experts in specialised areas too.....my back yard looks amazing
Well.... I admire Monty Don , I know this will sound a lil hippy- he has a relationship with his garden and that clearly reflects what he grows and how he grows it. The way he talks about his garden and plants is so eloquent and "felt". He like alot of us feel that the transition between being a seed and becoming a plant is nothing short of miraculous.
Everyone makes mistakes, no-ones perfect ( would be boring if we were)but Like Nutcutlet says there's loads of literature out there and if in doubt ask here ( which I have done a number of times, the advice has been brilliant).
You know being disabled makes me realise that life's too short to bicker, seeing GW evry Friday evening makes my week.
So Monty carry on and a big thumbs up to you Carol))))
I just like everyone......peace man (But I like Nigel best, even if he doesn't say much) And OH likes that lovely lady best......is it Rachel? And he knows nothing about gardening!!!

Not sure if I should pleased or disappointed!
Anyway, I wished I had a forum like this when I first started out......think of all those faux pas I could have avoided.
I wonder where I got information before the internet.
If I want to grow something, the info's there. What soil, hardy, the lot.
If I can't work it out I ask on here. Magic.
In the sticks near Peterborough
