Disease on outdoor plants

This weekend my pyracantha started looking quite I'll and the ends looked burnt, this has now spread to my ivy and my laurel. Has anyone got any ideas what it could be and any solutions because i am really worried it's going to continue to spread? Would appreciate any help.

I have two pyracanthas - at opposite sides of the garden. One is fine and one looks just like yours. I think they'll both be fine and agree that a very light frost can have this sort of effect.
