Another 'what's this?' thread...

I've had my garden for three years now but this is the first time I've seen this little beauty pop up.  Does anyone know what it is?

    Well, I have to say it looks like Chionodoxa luciliae alba to me. (Now renamed Scilla something or other).

    On reflection, I agree with Mark image Just doesn't have many flowers.

    The ones with the pale line down the middle or the broader one behind the lower flower?

    I'd say an under performing hyacinth too. There should be a scent.

    Could be Scilla peruviana 'Alba' if the flower head has more blooms to open on a single stem (6 to 12 inches high). Looks a healthy plant.

    Chionodoxa (Glory in the Snow) are pink or blue, closer to the ground - mine just starting to open, lovely.

    Well done Berghill! I googled this and it looks very like the pic above. Lovely!
