I agree totally paul and put a similar thread on not long after I had joined. I have been on other forums before (mums net, wine making) and they were so stuffy!!! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and as daft as some (most) of my questions are no-one makes me feel daft! Also, cake is never far away
If it wasn't for this forum I don't think I would have got my new borders set up so quickly and certainly wouldn't be a proud Hellebore mummy
tracey N, I joined a cooking forum about 18 months ago as I am passionate about cooking what i have grown, and left almost immediately; what can I say? they were absolute snot bags. It seemed to be all about snide competition; am not interested in that.
Thank you Artjak, I had a similar experience with a wine making forum (I think I've said before), I felt like I shouldn't have been there because I was asking questions......my conclusion was that they had all consumed too much fruit wine and home brew and weren't all there "Snot bags" LOL, not heard that for ages
Puppy's name is Pongo, he has been with us for four weeks now and is a real sweetie! Photo was taken three weeks ago when he was 11 weeks old; now at 14 weeks he has grown a LOT but still deserves crackers I think.
