After a few days deliberation I have it, my favourite ever song.
Most of you will probably not heard of this but it is out of the film Over The Top and I first heard it when by then boyfriend (now husband) played it to me about 24 years ago and it means so much to me. Kenny Loggins, Meet Me Halfway....enjoy
I think I might have got Glastonbury tickets, the second lot were released Thursday and a friend thinks he has got them. I have wanted to go for ages, although not sure about the camping and things.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Doc - will keep fingers crossed for you!!! How fantastic.
My son used to work as a sound engineer/roadie so has 'done' Glasto several times - and been paid for it!!! But it was jolly hard work and hardly any sleep - almost as soon as the late performances had finished it was nearly time to start setting up for the next day! Still an experience to remember.
And although he was there in some bad weather, he always says that the mud wasn't that bad - the press made the most of it as usual - muddy girls sell newspapers - apparently
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
excellent doc i'd rather do download as aerosmith there this year-though have seen them so many times should be bored by now! not brave enough to do a festival with 2 little ones in tow
Fantastic Punkdoc, Dolly Parton is playing there too
Closest I'll get to a festival anytime soon is Carfest, but still good fun and great for the family. Rosemummy, you should take your LO's to that, great for kids/babies, loads to do and see and the facilities are great plus 3 nights of music and lots of cars

Great song Lily and a good choice. I can't decide what to listen to today, might be a bit of The Pretenders maybe
