Hosta mine have done really well chillies and peppers I'll sort out a photo..I've fed them with the Chilli Focus stuff Stacey suggested, in fact golf ball sized patio aubergine(Othelia) seem to like it
I purchased an apache chilli plant from the nearly dead section at a local store, it was really bushy with loads of pollinated flowers on, most had died with chillies developing. Clearly the guy who ran the section didn't know his chillies, what a find
The chillies are smaller then usual but are starting to go red and I'm not disappointed with the heat or quantity.
I don't know where you are spiketiger, but if you're anywhere near Chichester, West Dean Gardens ( a fabulous place ) are having their chilli festival this weekend.

Mine look fine and healthy, but aren't very big.
I feed them, they're setting lots of fruit, but I hear folk say theirs are huge, but mine don't even seem to be filling the 4" pots with roots.
I keep checking to see if they need re-potting. hey so, good things come in small packages etc.

I've got enough of them to get a decent crop, but I thought they might have been a bit bigger.
" size isn't everything", yeah right .

I'm sure someone there would ID it for you.
We're planning a visit on Sunday.
I wonder if Stacey will be there.
