Hi if you put your chillie seed on a radiator mine came throu within 2 weeks
They were in a heated propagator (still are and still no sign).
Well if I were you I would bring seed packet back to shop where you bought or send it to seed company for a refund the seed is guaranteed to germinate after that its up to you to keep them growing
I'd never heard of Jatropha podatrica Mark so googled it, what a strange plant, have you grown it before? What about Monarda, how long does take to get to flowering size and is it reasonably easy from seed?

I have sown onions in late January, and sweet peas, tomatoes, aubergines and red onions this week.
Can't wait for spring!

No I haven't grown it before but it looks an interesting plant.
As for Monarda, never grown it from seed before so will have to wait & see.
I grew Monarda from seed last year and it was really easy - they are now clumping up nicely in the beds around my patio.
