When we moved here, we brought over 3,000 plants with us. We moved in October and by the middle of November, it froze and stayed frozen until March. We lost 90 percent of the plants as we could not plant them nor get them under cover. So ,Verdun, choose your moving time carefully.
Thanks Beaus Mum was so sure of a storm last night, but just a steady downpour to freshen the plants.
Spent the hottest hours of today under the cherry tree with a swirling breezy wind, catching up on all lovely photo threads. A treat. The reparte on most threads is too quick for m and all that cake!
Your garden looks really cool, love the dappled shade and winding paths.

I did see several of those programmes, enjoyed them. Wish they would do it again.
Thought I ought to get some pictures before the thunderstorm (HAH!) flattens the plants,

Thanks for all the photos everyone
A few of mine from today, I have some colour in my new border at last
My £1 planter from the recycle shop at the local tip!! I just wish the Impatiens would flower.
The iris are stunning OL. Be patient - if you plant it they will come
They were cheap £1 ones from Lidl Lesley, I'm quite please with now they've flowered
Thank you
