^marvellous work gone on there... I especially like the plantings in photos 1 and 2 but they're all good seeing as it's from scratch...

...also, I do love the wooden arch highlighting the circular fountain in Busy Bee's photos...and a good looking low wall to go with it... very nice indeed...I do like all that..

There are indeed Lyn image I particularly like your trellis border and the way the planting flows.

BusyBee2, I am in awe at the project you are doing, and keeping the lawn edges tidy too!!   image

Your  lovely sweetpeas have certainly got everyone talking VictoriaSponge. Pleased you liked my rose photo, thank you image

MrsGarden I sympathise, my sweet peas seem to be struggling this year, planted a bit late but even so image maybe if I don't look at them!

Your garden is stunning, Lyn, it's come on hugely since I first saw photos of it. You have worked very hard.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

And just about to finish all the stones in the lower garden which have really changed the dimentions. It looks vast now, although the final piece is a pergola to the left, so I guess that will create intimacy once more. image
