They do smell rather lovely Forester, and they are within easy reach, unlike my purple lilac
temp last night down to exactly freezing so no damage-strange year in a good way-no aphids or caterpillars, even cornus controversa normally a caterpillar magnet is completely clean-now that i think about it havent seen any moths or butterflys-hmmm?

Well, I only have a balcony, plus a small veg plot. This is part of the balcony.
I'm trying to make a sort of cottage garden look. Will be better next year when the aubrietas are mature etc.
Lovely setting for your balcony ommthree - looks very arboreal.
