David, lovely photo - great colour balance - even I can see that I drove down an avenue of rhododendrons this afternoon and imagined how they'll look when they're in bloom again.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Thanks folks.....silly me, should have said it was taken early last year.
My picture library is getting rather low now, so look forward to some favourable spring weather so I can get out & about with my camera.
Shugborough Hall (ancestral home of Lord Lichfield) is just a stone's throw away and I do happen to know they have a gorgeous display of snowdrops about now......so may do that soon.
I do have lots of trips planned, when the weather turns the corner....one being the Tropical Butterfly Farm at Stratford-on Avon.
Brumbull, there is a world of difference between David stating that he was using a google picture to illustrate a point, and you trying to pass off pictures from Google as your own. Of course you know this really, but just want to see if you can upset a few more people. It must be a conspiracy.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
I mentioned 'HDR imaging' earlier, whilst I can accept it will be of little interest to most of you, this is a photography thread, so I feel I should mention it.
