Saw it in a gift/home shop the other day. Then found it on internet while searching for something else.
Sweet pea.
Just messing about really.
That's a gorgeous sweet pea, wish you could send the scent as well.
I've just sown mine, wonder if they'll come to anything, usually too hot here. They are so fresh and delicate, dahlias do better here.
Thanks, Lizzie...the sweet pea was called 'Geoff Hughes'. I achieved the black background by placing the flower in front of the TV screen.
The dilapidated pigsty was changed from colour to black & white in Photobucket.
What a good idea, it really shows off the pinks.
David i love the sweet pea picture i would never think of using the TV screen i will give it a try. this weeks project was portraits so nothing to post at the moment
Lovely sweet pea David.
Looks too pretty to eat.
" would never think of using the TV screen i will give it a try. this weeks project was portraits so nothing to post at the moment"
Thanks, Ann.....I would just say, be careful in low-light, as if the camera flashes there may be reflection issues.
This will be of interest, I'm sure. www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-Oxy_bCP4k
KEF....Purple sprouting and runner beans are my favourite veg.
PS. You're not supposed to eat sweet peas (bluddy ell, 'm turning into Michael Cain)...."you're only supposed to blow the bluddy doors off".
