Thank you David- very kind. There's plenty of 'em! Unfortunately the weather at the top of our hills isn't always great for taking pix- often it's a case of take one as quick as you can of the cairn in the clouds before your hands freeze- and that's in summer! On a good day though - the views are breathtaking. My skills and camera are not up to the task I'm afraid, but it's the memory they create which matters to me.
I enjoyed seeing those glass sculptures earlier- I took this one in Murano a few years ago. Amazing what can be created:
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Let me make it clear, this is a googled pic and not one I have taken. Whilst on the subject of glass art, I just wanted to post this pic of ice sculpture.....an art that has always fascinated me.
That's pretty splendid! I find it fascinating too but also quite sad that they can't be kept forever. The water droplets from the wings are just beautiful.

It was lovely to see your photo of Perranporth beach Nikki as a live a couple of miles from there. The big rock is called Chapel Rock and there is a christmas tree up there with lights every year. Last year someone put a piano on top as well. How they ever got it up goodness knows.
