..I think one thing America is good at, is carving roads into mountainsides so we can drive up them.... if Ben Nevis was over there, I'm sure we could just drive up it by now...

from top of Scott's Bluff...overlooking the North Platte River valley...a quite exciting drive to the top...through all sorts of fascinating geological shapes...

These are the shots taken yesterday in Herefordshire, as above. I'm afraid they're cropped rather heavily to remove cars, lampposts, satellite dishes, and so on.

you leave the main road for a flat, straight side road and every
