OH is not a gardener, his Dad, a retired farmer was. He died when OH a child. I'm amazed at the comments OH comes out with about growing vegs usually- all correct too, drat.

Totally agree Jo4eyes & Verdun, I'm very interested in family history & have, on so many occasions stood at the grave of an ancestor & said "If only they could talk"
I have a potato fork of the grandfather that I knew.
