Lily, I don't have any Sweetpeas yet nor any tomato babies, but as I'm not growing any toms I'm not surprised image

LOL Panda, you do make me smile......I still have you in my bag, hope its not too warm in there image perhaps i'll get you an ice cream.

Lesley, I'm in England too, but we could always get the Eurostar image

Just in for a cuppa - lots of chat I see image

Many thanks for all the kind wishes for Fairylet -she's feeling much better. She's being such a brave little soldier...imageimageimage

Went to shops then got on outside. Looked like it was going to thunder but it's passed over. Makes my head sore. Could do with a bit of rain. Done lots of stuff but need yet more compost. My toms need putting in their final pots and I only potted them on last week. They've shot up suddenly. It's lovely when you see the fruits forming OL image

My Daniel Deronda clematis is suffering at the jaws of slugs/snails image It also seems to have double flowers which is weird. I can never catch the little blighters when I go out - they're munching the Ligularia next to it and obviously just make a night of it while they're there image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

OL have you only just seen your toms? I saw them on your GH pic and your cumbers and basil image with envy. I've PM'd you. I've got toms on outdoor Dave but only flowers in GH.

Panda why didn't you buy the plants for Pa Panda and split them and have half yourself  thus save money..oops the Yorkshire in me imageimage Yes I know you can't split Hyds. image

Lily olive tree looks brill, when I asked about type of olive I must have had my Greek head on, doubt you'd have bought a tree that olives were to make soap from image  Senior moment, please let me know what they taste like when ripe, some very small black ones are lovely nicer IMO than large fleshy ones. Doubt I could grow olives up here.

Fairy I was up at silly o'clock in time to see a big fat ugly snail happily sitting on the remains of the bottom leaf of one of my runners. I wasn't in stamp mood so he drowned in the nearest slug pub. image Checked later after my first brew and he was a gonna.

Lily just meant I was in England as opposed to Scotland - but yeah - closer to Eurostarimage  A lot warmer hereimage

OL I was going to suggest a beekeepers suit for gardening till next week.  Sad thing is I forgot about make-up.  What does that say about meimage

The sweetpeas here are starting to flower and mine at home are about 6".  Olives are beyond me.  Lovely to see yours lily.  I'll have a Greek head on at the end of Julyimage  Got to go and help with tea. Back later.

I've taken to stamping on the giant snails here - that way they are definitely not coming back! image

Lily - what is wrong with people nowadays that everything they do has to be at full volume image

Am I just getting old? image

Olives would struggle here as Lesley says - hope you have success with it  image

Off outside again to see what else can be done before I have some dinner

PM's not working and haven't got time to mess with settings, thanks KEF and others.

Last time anyone was in hospital was a good few years ago and it was my Nan, obviously things have changed so I phoned to check and no flowers, never mind, I've got her some nice grapes etc instead.  Thanks for the tips and I'm not upset/offended, I appreciate you all telling me.

Very proud of GH but couldn't have done it without you guys image Right, off for a quick change and then out....yes it's going to be manic/messy and I'm nominated taxi tonight, lucky me image
