That sounds a lovely place to go for a push Verdun - that's what we call it when we take my two out - the problem is I can't take them both on my own, and Ma won't go without Pa in case 'something happens to him' when she's not there so we can only do it when OH or son can be with me - and they're both busy men.
That Walter Funcke is gorgeous!!!
Not scorchio here - a bit overcast - but I have a feeling it's going to be .... there's some blue sky in the west
Have an ice cream for me
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Love Walter Funke Verdun - it is always the star of the show gardens at Hampton Court show. Achilleas never survive beyond a year for me here - apart from the semi wild ones that do too well
Spitting with rain here ... But long list not getting any shorter sitting here, so will go brave it .....
Have a great hols Lizzie - hope you manage to pack loads of garden visiting in
What a gorgeous day...can I have ice cream too please?
Been shopping, lovely undies (close your ears men) and shoes bought for the wedding. All sorted now and this time in a week my sister will be (just) or very close to being a married lady Muchly muchly excited
She is very excited, my shoes are ivory lace, very high heels so not sure how long they will stay on.
I am seeing my sis later as it's the stag do tonight......just debating whether to make up the spare bed You have mail Lily x
I was just wondering, I am going to take my mum my first few sweet peas as I thought they might cheer her up (they are her favourites), if I wrap than in a damp towel will this stop them drooping until we can put them in water?
Lizzie that's two offers you've got now - me and lily - if your house sitter doesn't show it's too late for me - I'm already in England. Just think of all the housework and gardening you've missed out on.
OL I'm glad you're sorted with all your clothes for the wedding. Now what about hair, nails etc.
Shame your daughter's still not feeling well Fairy. I hate shops on Saturday too.
Must get back into the garden, just stopped for a rest (much needed) and left my dad to it. Just found a mini frog, called my dad to see it and the neighbour (behind the fence) said bring it over here. I did because I thought she had a pond Ah well my mum would freak out if she found it
