Fairy I'm here whilst OH scoffs pasta image

OH been a good OH and GH is assembled in sections except glazing in garage. Base area now dry enough to finish digging out but not in today's heat and sun, tomoz should be cloudy & then it's order concrete.

Dove I had probs last year with my runner beans some rotted in pots and others refused to germinate I bought some and as you might guess the ones I shoved outside ready to empty pots blinking grew. Hope you get some good tasty ones, last of all my frozen beans were scoffed at weekend and last of courgettes got hidden in OH's pasta sauce this teatime.

Wish I had a Fairy daughter (sigh).

Still I'm looking forward to seeing Mum & Dad on Saturday.  It will be so different weeding from sandy soil rather than clay.  Quite enjoy it.  Bought a new garden umbrella for him for fathers day. Theirs is so old and thin it doesn't give any shade He's going to be 90 next month aagh what can I buy him?

My cold seems to have gone.  I'm off out to take my friend out of the way of her twins who are doing A levels at the moment. Its a bit fraught in her house.

Foxies will get dinner late tonight.

    Have a good evening folks.

Hi everyone, no time in the garden for me today, working and then running 2 youngest boys round. Biggest 'boy' has come home grumpy so now seems as good a time as any to catch the last bit of sun before it disappears into the sea. Apparently he isn't hungry so not bothering to cook!!!

Another long day driving tomorrow so won't be about.

Chicky, hope the last exam went well.

Clari, hope your ear infection or whatever the doc has done gets better.

I can hire her out to you Lesley - she's almost house- trained...image

Difficult to buy for men anyway I think, unless they have hobbies. My Dad was tricky too for presents.

Working tomorrow as we're very busy. Who'd have thought we'd need so much salt when we're all meant to be cutting back on it....image

Last minute stuff for Royal Highland Show as usual, but loads of other orders to fulfill. Better to be busy though.

KEF -  at least your greenhouse should be ready for overwintering stuff anyway...image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Just one more day to go at the mine face (hopefully) lily.  Thanks for the suggestions. If he want something he buys it himself (lucky him).  He's into the computer so maybe wi-fi will let him get a tablet?  Just need OH to set things up and teach him. They are both a bit deaf (dad more than OH) and the Scottish accent to bootimage  This has the makings of a brand new sit-comimage

Fidget - I have seen some of your underwater videos - brilliantimage wish I'd been there. Sure the foxes will wait, and the mouse and blackbird and all the other lovely things you tempt into your paradise.
