Chenin blanc for me please, or anything dry & white whilst I cook. Love red, but it doesn't love me, 2 glasses and I feel like I've had a night out back in the 80's.

Made pasta bake with fresh salmon, brocolli & ( don't laugh ) fried courgettes added. Waste not want notimage Think I've seen the last of them now.image

Thinka bit of tele' in order as H thinks I've a bloke up here..so much time in spare room on computer.

    Have a good evening all.

Ok I have the perfect choccy for puncdoc.

A dark chocolate cup, with a base of pistachio marzipan, a whole cherry soaked in kirsch, and a pistachio praline cap.

    and for fairygirl-

a  cinnamon and walnut praline, with an apple ganache, sprinkled with crunchy amaretti pieces.

Who wants the sticky toffee/white chocolate truffle?

Can I have the same as PD ? I'm off now as I'll start fridge raiding if I read more about chockies. They sound divine fidget.
