Just crawled out of bed, to cook some tea, then back to bed for me.

Hopefully spend some of tomorrow in the garden, the forecast is good.

Hope the headaches improve Clari, unfortunately there are almost as many causes of headaches as there are people. Hope your Ma is ok Dove, liking the pond.

Hope Ma is ok Dove. Always a worry when these things happen.

doc- shame on you...I won't say another word....image

Had a good few hours outside. Nice to get my hands properly dirty although the organic compost has a strong whiff of cow manure - don't think the girls will appreciate it - I potted on my canna and it's on the kitchen table image

Got lots of things planted in the border along back fence and put in some of the native prims I got and a few little pots of crocus. Swapped a few things around too. Will hopefully get back out tomorrow after work as it's to be nice again. The dunnocks were happy when I came in - they wanted to get to the food among the pots but I kept going back and forth and disturbing them. Compost's good - nice and crumbly. Will check what make it is and let you all know. Off to make dinner in a moment.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Cleared the dead stuff from the big border, but couldn't weed as clayey soil was still too wet. Started middle border instead, but that was quite heavy too. That one had lots of compost and manure dug in about 3 years ago when I dug out the conifer to make the end bit.

a bit been happening on here then today? Hope Kef and Ma Dove ok, and PD . Pond's coming on nicely. love the clematis/rose combi chicky. Oh Clari too not worked out why your eyes can see now - did you have them lasered? hope headaches improve. Sorry for things I've missed. Home from work wondering if cheese on toast is enough for tea? Busy day and a bit worn out, mad rush this morning with thoughts of resuscitation on FIL, late for work, blah, blah, blah (he's fine, just overlaid!) , meeting with 'boss' at lunch. OH home around midnight after weekend ski trip with a mate. Thinking 3 arches I ordered last night may be too much, oops.

Oh dear, just had a read back, tales of woe - headache, bad toes, debauchery and over tiredness (or was that a hangover?image) and Dove's poor Ma. Hope everything sorts out soon for those concerned.
