Morning Wintersong image   Oooh a baker eh?  Yum, I love good bread image

I'd been taking my toms and courgettes out to the mini greenhouse during the day and bringing them back to the house at night, but it's turned really cool yesterday and today so they're staying indoors on the windowsills today and until daytime temps pick up again.

Bake us something nice then Wintersong image

I grow my toms undercover - wouldn't survive outside here image

    Hug for you lily x

Dove - we're barely getting that kind of temperature during the day here just now. Still, no frost, cloudy here, and there's some rain to come tomorrow so I'll get the lawn feed on today. Need a few bits and pieces so will do that today and get some more digging and sorting done if it stays dry.

My GH is currently at 16c.....rubbish image Although last night it only went down to 8c. I'll have to keep an eye on the temp tonight though.

I did read yesterday that in some part's of the UK it was going to be over 20c at weekend, mainly down South and it was in the Mail so believe it if you want image

Morning all. Didn't get home until 12:30 last night as the evening volunteering at the museum turned into quite a marathon moving vehicles - non of which wanted to move! By the time I was washed and fed it had gone 01:00 and getting to work this morning has proven quite the slog after having a late night on Wednesday too.

Think I'll be in my PJs before 17:30 tonight!

Sorry if I've missed any important news. Rather dead on my feet right now xx

Alas suit on, bottle of water, and a day sat at my desk wondering when some work is going to appear OL! I think there's half an hours rest scheduled on Monday evening but that's subject to change.

I have got some gluten free chocolate brownies at my desk though - went a little crazy buying a selection of goodies after pay day to try out. I'm sure I can make better though so will have to get in the kitchen. My trouble is that even making small batches the cakes never last that long! At least these are individually wrapped so I can't use the excuse "they'll do dry!"

Wonder how Mike is getting on today - it's his hospital appointment. Hope all goes well for him.

OL - isn't it exciting when you see seeds sprout? Never fails to give a little thrill no matter how often you see it image

Hi all. Back from G.P with drops for my ear, seems when I get a cold a sore ear follows  image Think I'll survive, but best keep dirty gardening hands away from it image

    Lily hugs.

Clari if it's quiet at work I could send you some ironing as I only did half yesterday, can't iron with sore ear image Yes I know I should use an iron. image

Well remembered Fairy, I also hope he's doing okay.

Hope Dove finds Ma & Pa well as can be.

Best get my scruffs on and move a couple of plants.

Wasn't it the Mail that told us to expect 'icy blasts' this weekend image
