    Morning all.

Glad you had a good day DD. Could that have been Le Mont Dore? Took daughter and 2 grandchildren there last year for a day trip. They loved it. But I think I'm too old for skiing now! Was never very good anyway, too nervous.

Last day in Eastbourne, removal men tomorrow. Going out for a meal early this evening with DIL, SIL and 2 grandchildren.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

good luck with the moving Lizzie.

Try to relax and let the guys do their job. I know I kept fussing until I realised they were better at it than I.

I would like to have gone skiing when I was younger. sadly, I'm sure my knees wouldnt take it now. My brother takes his son skiing, apparently the little one is fearless. His dad has the usual family ailments and takes a load of Ibuprofen to keep up with him. I would sooner sit in a warm jacuzzi.

Its just after Dawn here. Its a bit breezy and some grey clouds but it looks like they will burn off as the sun gets up.

I seem to be the only person up, apart from the pool man who is busy cleaning.

    Have a good day folks.

Is this thread getting to 60,000 posts before it is converted to part 2?

  • I could always start a new one tomorrow and then ask Nora to lock the old one  - what do you think?
