    Pilates for me this evening, then another dose of Winterwatch, which I am enjoying muchlyimageimageimage

    Beautiful day here today day - lots of my new daffs are emerging (most of the established ones are very nearly in flower.  Some of my more woodlandy snowdrops have been slug munchedimage.  Guess the weather hasn't been cold enough to keep them at bay.

    and a lovely flock of long tailed tits came visiting .....bet they don't show up this weekend though image

    Had a nice day today, lunch with a friend at the local college where the students get to practice on us, always nice and a nice group on our table too. image

    Teaching this afternoon, which I always enjoy. image

    Also managed to go to running club, 1st time since before Xmas and coped really well considering. Feel so much better for getting out there and doing some exercise, boosts your mind as well as your body.image

    Relaxing evening ahead now to get over the shock. image

    Marygold, I am sure your OH will be grateful for any gardening tasks you have saved him from. image

    Pat I hope you continue to get better, I have every sympathy, I really have been bad lately and it is so difficult to feel positive when you feel rotten. image

    Middling to hellish here - it's brewing up for the storm tonight . Amber warnings for most of Scotland.  More snow forecast for tomorrow night too. Ho hum  image

    Haven't watched the Winterwatch thingy - I don't like the presenters image It's parts of Scotland though isn't it? Might just turn the sound off and have the picture ....image
