DD, please relax and try to do less, your body needs time to recover from illness.

We went to the bank for OH's appointment only to find it was at a different branch because of renovations, so we were 25 mins late. Then we went shopping, weekly groceries, but Hyper U not my usual Leclerc, so couldn't find anything. Then we went to a Wok place for lunch, but not the usual!

DD - I agree with BL - you're not allowing yourself enough recovery time - slow down ((hugs))

Right, two Dover sole skinned and ready to be baked then served with a lemon butter and caper sauce, baby potatoes and petit pois.

Now I shall sit down for a bit image

Dover sole! Yum! Very expensive here.

OH has gone to choir practice, the big choir an hour's drive away. But he loves the major works they sing. It's the choir he sang with in New York in June. I ought to clean the bathroom but don't feel like it.

I love Dover sole, nice bottle of Chablis perhaps?

I have been eating Marlin and Sword fish.

DD, both are possible. Being physically ill, particularly when you are not used to it, can make you feel down, and being down can certainly lead to being more susceptible to physical illness. Get better soon, and rest!

Big ones - fresh from the boat at Southwold harbour yesterday £4 each.  They had small, med, large and even larger - mine are large.

BL - I have made a rule - h*wk doesn't happen in the afternoon in this house image

Chablis eh?  .... I might have to see what there is in the garage - I know there's several bottles of French Sauv. blanc, plus Muscadet sur lies and Picpoul  ....  I'm thinking maybe the Picpoul?
