Fedex tried to deliver my new hanging tent thingy to the house next door. They will be coming back tomorrow to the right address!!!

I've pricked out delphiniums and more aquilegias. I've sown some perennials for next year. I've cut down nettles and put them in a distbin to make nettle tea for the brassicas. Its been a lovely day here, more like summer than spring.

I hope you had a good birthday, Orchid lady.

Hi all, been a lovely day today & same for tomoz'. Been 18C on patio. Same forecast for tomoz'.

Not felt tip top last few days, cold? sinus? hayfever never had before? Felt so tired & dozy. You don't need to know about my nose other than I look like Rhudolph.

Today I feel much better and now have mucky finger nails as have had fun in gardenimage

Anorther early night so hope all have a good evening image

Hello everyone, was working today and spent most of the afternoon trying to back up my iPhone (work) ready for new ones coming.......lost all my photos and not a happy bunny image

Then I pottered in the garden, dug up my daffs from the Lily pots and put them behind my greenhouse (my new 'spare' area), topped up the pots and sowed poached egg plant seeds image

Put lots of egg shell around my Clematis which it appears is where the slugs/snails have been hiding image Out with my fork later!!!!

Verdun, thank you so much for the kind gesture, I now have lots of new Hellebores as I know they are one of your favourites, I managed to get my order in at 5.59 image

I hate to admit, but we had a lovely sunny day too, had tea and cake in the garden with my best friend image

No birthday cake for me......virtual offering anyone?? image

Evening all. Been out doing stuff but not as much as I'd wanted as a neighbour came by so we put  the world to rights instead...image

Hope you've had a lovely day OL. Did you remember to have the fire brigade on speed dial for the candles? Just in case....image

MrsG - Forget those rotten old fishy folk - they were probably just miffed cos they were 'fishing' for compliments and didn't get any and thought they could just 'batter' you into submission...

It's ok - my coat's already on image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I didn't get a cake Fairygirl, but that's another story.  However, the fire engine came down our lane earlier, presumably cleaning the water thingies......hmmmm hmmmmm, nice birthday treat image

Fidget -sounds like you've had a good day too! I potted up my Coreopsis on Saturday. - I think the kids planted a few too many seeds as I seem to have about 40 plants image.
