If you want to insert a photo you need to click on the little tree icon in the mini toolbar above the box where you're writing your post. (The one with smilies etc in). Click on that & follow the instructions.
If you don't see a mini toolbar it might because you're working on an iPad in Safari . If you want to load photos from the iPad you might need to load Chrome or another browser onto the iPad for use with the forum.
Safari is fine on an iMac or Macbook though

Could someone explain to me how to insert a photo in here? I'm really new at this but would love to share photos with you of my side of the World.
Ginger, there a couple of ways of inserting you photos to this site.
One is from a Photobucket (or other) account and the other is directly from your pc.....the latter is the easiest.
On the right of the toolbar above where you write your messages, you will see a little green tree icon. Click on this and it will open a window headed 'insert an image', on its toolbar it will ask 'your computer' or 'external site' (in this instance) select 'your computer'.
On the option 'select files to upload'.....this will take you to your computer files, select the picture you wish to insert, then click upload (the times of this uploading varies according to your pc's speed) then click save.
Hope I haven't missed anything out.....good luck & look forward to seeing some sunny shots.
