Put compost heap back into its bin, if that makes sense...
Saw you lot talking about astrantia so moved mine, just cos I can. Dare I say I'm not that been on it? Pottered for 3 hours. Got really mucky. Planted some 'old' bulbs just to see if they do anything. 14 n 11 year olds on lunch making duty, ha right!
I saw a question for me, I haven't seen GW yet but I think the garden was the one near me that I posted pics of.
Have been out battening down the hatches. It is already very windy here, it was on the forecast for today with sudden bursts of rain. Have tightened and moved a tree tie, put my olives in the GH, lifted my butterfly whirly thing off its perch and put it in garage
Moved stuff to more sheltered areas. Watched while a big gust came to see what else I can do and to be honest there isn't anything, the rest is up to the wind.
Waiting for a bacon sarnie now, hope to be back later but some seasonal stuff to cook.
Hatches as battened as they can be. Pots moved to sheltered corners. Growhouse roof wedged so that the plants can get some air but I don't think the wind can get into it too much and blow the b***** doors off!!!
Now I need to pack my pjs and toothbrush ....
