I was really looking forward to the last helping of Christmas pudding that I left in the fridge and someone has eaten it! image

I was a nurse, seen lots of naked men so didn't mean much to me, but it's not worth falling out over it.

    Off to watch Sherlock.

Right, can someone make a decision for me ......... shall I have another sloe gin while I watch Sherlock?  Or shall I knit ............. the two things don't go together ............ image

Have a sip of sloe gin in between knitting, Dove image

Not watching Sherlock, OH has put it on record. We need an early night, past 10pm here.

It's a complicated pattern BL - I don't think a second sloe gin will do a lot for it's regularity image

Decision made - knitting has gone back into the bag - sloe gin is being poured .... anyone want one?  This batch was made in 2004 imageimage

  • Pdoc, I'm not wanting to fall out and I do agree that Edd was probably being a bit daft.  But I .....oh heck , I'm going to keep my thoughts to myself.

Dove, I'd rather have a bacardi and coke, not sure I'd like sloe gin.

    Happy new year!

I've never tried sloe gin either, Dove - I'm not much of a drinker, so I think it might kick me under the table...

I know what you lot mean about being too full for the last bit of Christmas pudding. We didn't really stuff ourselves over the festive season,  but I suspect it's the cumulative effect which matters.

Thank you all for your companionship and support during the past year.  Please don't let misunderstandings spoil this lovely forum!
