  • Brrrrr! It's colder here at the moment than it's been for ages, and we've got heavy rain.  I may even put some heating on while I watch Heidi and do some knitting - is it winter yet?  image

Verdun I saw 6ft teddy bears for sale the other month.

Alas I didn't see anyone buying one to see how they were going to fit it in their car for the journey home.

I think, having spent the weekend and today at work, I just think, its safe to say that NOW

NOW I am on holiday just like I should have been all month! Not bad now its the 21st...

I hope your feeling better Wonky. At least you're getting it over and done with before the big day.

Best wishes to Wonky, hope it doesn't linger for Christmas, hope Dove doesn't get it.

Daughter and 2 grandchildren have been, had lunch and gone. OH made chocolate chip cookies with the children, turned out rather well.

Been a lovely day, washing almost dry.

    Evening all.

Just had a wee siesta which probably won't help tonight's sleep.

Off to see the surgeon tomorrow to hear his plans for " the knee"

Lili, I know £1,300!!! guess there's some fabulous wine in there.

jo, we fly out new year's day, so we're going to head up country on NYE and see our friends for a couple of hours in the afternoon before heading to a hotel at Gatwick.

It's nice to hear of all you guys with your families coming together.

    Devon.

Think we are off for a family trip to the local curry house this evening ....to celebrate the fact that we are all inimage .... although I guess that means we won't be in after allimageimage

Good luck with the surgeon tomorrow Hosta
