PD, this time of year, no sun, I always want to scoff carbs, even stuff I don't really like & for some reason Rice cakes & vegemite don't float my boat. I just have smaller helpings, but it's what doesn't go on a plate that does me.

hope you all had a great christmas ..my 56th birthday today planted 120 bulbs . in wind and rain to mark the day . brunch on my own .then made dinner. pork roast , me and OH tonight . cake marple and a few beers
